HOW

We have a unique approach where we don’t just help you to work out what you might benefit from doing, but we then offer actual practical assistance to do that. We can be as hands on or hands off as you want, and can move quickly or take our time, whatever your needs (and as budget allows).

Generally, the process goes something like this:

CHECK IN

You check in with us to let us know you’d like to have an initial chat. You can do this via phone call, email, or filling out our Contact Form. You can even send a text if you'd prefer.

INITIAL CHAT

We have that chat. If you're local, this can be in person. If you're further away, we can do this over the phone or via a video call. In some cases, just an email can work too.

PLAN

Based on #2, we put together a suggested plan around what can do for you, any costs that might be involved (not everything does!), and where you might get the best bang for buck.

IMPLEMENTATION

We work with you to implement the plan. This is where we can either do it all for you, or let you do it all yourself. Or something in between. Whatever you'd prefer.

REVIEW

Once things are sorted, we check back with you to make sure you're happy with things, and that there isn't anything that needs immediate further action.

ON-GOING

We arrange to check in with you as regularly or irregularly as you'd like, to monitor, review, or action. We prefer long-term relationships to ad-hoc ones, but work well with both.
